I had my vehicle worked on several months ago. After about a month, $2600, and two return trips to fix issues caused during the original repairs; I still have the significant problem with the vehicle of which I had them try to fix in the first place. They seem like genuinely nice people however, the owner stated to me that they are not perfect which is understandable. Perfection is not a requirement for thoroughness or an expert working knowledge of the trade being practiced. My advice: if you are looking for a maintenance garage I would pass on this one unless you would like to afford them the opportunity to get extra practice working on vehicles and prepaired for them to find additional issues unrelated to why you have the vehicle there initially. Again, seem like genuinely good Americans however their attention to detail and keeping customers informed of work they are doing without the vehicle owner's approval and/or authorization is lacking. As the old saying goes...You can shear a sheep many times but you can only skin it once.
