I’ve banked with Shamrock Bank for over 20 years. Customer service is the best and I completely trust the staff at this bank. They’ve always helped us out when possible and been honest with us throughout the years. They’re also on top of security type issues. I can’t imagine having our money or loan needs anywhere else.

Do not have account with them but spouses pay check is through them, can't understand why they close at 4:00 p.m.!!! How do they expect anyone that works a real job to be able to even cash a check or do any banking when they close at 4??

I love this bank! It is exactly like the small-town banks I remember from my childhood. We are always greeted warmly when we go in. It seems as though they remember exactly who we are, which amazes me because we are both retired and sometimes do not go into the bank once in a month. The couple of times we have had a problem with our account my husband picked up the phone and had it resolved within 15 minutes. Try that with any of the big banks!

First off all the ladies in there are very rude. Especially Darla. When you go in to open an account they treat you like they are better than you. Customer service is really lacking at this bank.
