“I think I spoke to a Tracy over the phone about a wrong address package and she was so nice and understanding with me I was over all frustrated and freaking out since that’s never happened to me before but she was very calm and did what she could to help she needs a raise!! That’s the best #1 experience I’ve had with any postal service ever”

“Great customer service. Cindy and Ann are the most amazing friendly ladies. I ship several packages a week and see them several times a week and they’re always very helpful and friendly.”

“I love my Post Office :) Such a pleasure to visit, unlike any other (compared to the hellacious ones in Cali) with nice, helpful employees & problems get solved pretty quickly, etc. There have been a few retirements, which have caused a few delivery problems with the influx of new/inexperienced employees, but things seem to have smoothed out fairly quickly. Overall awesome!”

“Recently I had an important package accidentally delivered to the wrong house, understandable! But I was able to call them and they located where they had delivered it and got it back to me the same day! I’m very grateful for them going above and beyond to correct the mistake.”

“I am an impatient person...so if my packages take longer to get here then it upsets me....however I have gotten every single one. Not one has come up missing. That's actually the most important thing to me. 5 stars to that!”
