I think I spoke to a Tracy over the phone about a wrong address package and she was so nice and understanding with me I was over all frustrated and freaking out since that’s never happened to me before but she was very calm and did what she could to help she needs a raise!! That’s the best #1 experience I’ve had with any postal service ever

I was the older Gentleman in the PO when YOU came in demanding a "general delivery " arrangement.
The LADY you were speaking with explained to you VERY POLITELY & PROFESSIONALLY that
USPS IS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ANYONE A GENERAL DELIVERY ADDRESS.
You.... (upon hearing this) proceeded to use profanity toward her, to which she replied "you would have to either have a street address or rent a PO BOX.
You abruptly exited….and spouted out more expletives.

Postal service has RULES & REGULATIONS that cannot be broken. Too bad people do not always tell the complete story when leaving a review. And what was said to the clerk…shame on you.

Old redhead bag in there is very rude and unhelpful. Wanted to hold my mail so it wasnt being ripped up and gone through and was told every reason why i am out of luck because i cant afford to buy a P.O. box at this time.

Went in for a simple address change and got the run around and every reason why they can’t do it. Reality is they were busy and she just rushed me out with no help.

In the middle of trying to locate a missing package to my order and I’m just finding dead ends can’t get any help and everything is automated, super frustrating!

This Post Office has delivery drivers who can't make sure that ALL of the mail is delivered at an address. When a package has a delivery date then it should be delivered, not put off to when the diver decides to make it happen. This has happened multiple times not just 1 - 5, but multiple times. I probably won't receive any mail after this post.

They make no attempt to drop packages off that do not fit into the mailbox, and never leave a slip saying there is a package that needs to be picked up. This happens all the time. My mail does not usually run until about 3:30pm so by the time I check my mail and see my package did not come i do not have time to make it there to pick stuff up. I have tried to pick up stuff that I know will not fit in the mail box, but for some reason they still load stuff onto the mail truck to be delivered. So when I know I have a bigger package I can't receive it until the day after it is supposed to be delivered because they take it on the mail truck to be delivered. I even bought a very big mail box to avoid some packages not being left, but they still do not leave stuff.
