Rented a rug doctor from the store drove 15 miles there to get it drove 15 back home to find out they never gave me the attachment. Drove back to get the attachment only to e told they have one attachment and that it was rented out. So I drove back home picked up the rug doctor to return thinking I would get my money back only to be told no by an employee.Called the manager the next day to have a lengthy conversation about how she wasn't going to refund my money this is after she said they have only one attachment and that it was rented with the other rug doctor. She finally agreed to refund my money I drove another 30 miles to get my refund to only be told no.This lady is very rude and unprofessional

The employees here are amazing! I love the ladies who work here. Including management. I always tell them not to work too hard. They don't listen. Thankfully. The store is always clean and stocked. They are very friendly as well.

This location took $100 from my grandmother. Sold a phone card good for a year for text and talk. The card came with no pin code to activate it. They will not return the money. I understand that it is not the people who are working here it's the company.

I have never been in store waiting at counter for a cashier 5min and nobody is in the store gave up walked out and both workers come around the corner outside didn't even say anything... Who leaves store completely unattended..

There were boxes and boxes of toilet paper in the back. The door was open should have been closed. The employee was unkind. All we wanted was a package of toilet paper. She was very rude and by the way this store is in calvin
