“Maybe this store doesn't get as much business and foot traffic. Regardless, it is always the cleanest and most well organized Dollar General that I've been to by far. I'm not sure about all of the employees, but the ladies that I've talked to have been super helpful. Thanks! :)”
“I like going there especially if I only have to pick up a few items. I usually catch a item or two on sale or clearance. They also have items you can't find in Wal-Mart on the shelf or other stores unless your shopping online.”
“I saw some posts on Facebook about 12 packs of sodas on sale. I downloaded the app for more savings and headed to this store.
I'm not a regular shopper at DG, but I was impressed with the specials, especially on the sodas. The store was clean, although a bit crowded & hard to maneuver a basket.
I was new to the app & had misread the soda deals. THIS is where my 5-star review comes in. JJ was the ONLY employee there, but WOW was I impressed!! I don't know him at all, but his work ethic & customer service was FANTASTIC!! And rare!! He helped me several times, explained things to me.... several times.... AND when I was paying, he made sure to show me how to use every coupon available to me!! He was calm, patient, kind, helpful.... all while caring for other customers simultaneously with 'ease!' JJ deserves huge praise!! And thanks for the great deals to DG. I'll be back!!”
“It's was a good and easy shopping , clean store , found everything fast and easy... The ONLY PROBLEM WAS I HAD TO STAND IN LINE LONGER TO CHECK OUT THAN I SPENT ACTUALLY SHOPPING. ONLY HAD 1 CASHIER AND THEY WERE NOT SEASONED IN CASHIERS JOB... VERY SLOW BUT SHE WAS YOUNG AND OVER WHELMED... THE LINE WRAPPED ALL THE WAY DOWN AND AROUND 2 ISLES and only 1 slow checking/ bagging cashier... So definitely need to hire some help ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR WITH THE HOLIDAYS AND ALL...”
“There's always room for improvement. I've seen the horrible 1 rating stars from 2-5 years ago. People may have been different back then, but the associated today (July of 2025) help you save every bit of your dollar that they can. Unfortunately the Dollar General looks like about 90% of the other Dollar General stores that I have been in (Mostly in Fort Smith), cluttered. As an old associate that use to work at a DG over 30 years ago, I can attest, this is not the fault of the associates. I'm still surprised that the company still relies on only 2-3 people to actually run their store. And continues to jam pack stores of merchandise that doesn't sell and keeps the shelves empty of the items that do.”

“Michelle is great! She is always so friendly when I go in. Today I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and didn’t realize it was gone until I got to work. I called to see if anyone had turned one in, which they hadn’t, but she actually walked out into the rain and found it in the parking lot for me. Also had it dried off when I came to pick it up. I appreciate her so much!”
