Big Bend

Big Bend is a spacious campground located on the northwest side of Canton Lake in Oklahoma, featuring two divisions: A and B. The campground offers a variety of sites for both RVs and tents, with options for electric and non-electric hookups. Each site is equipped with a covered picnic table, a grill, a prep table, and a fire pit. Many sites also have a spigot for water access, although some tent sites do not. The campground is well-maintained, providing clean and level sites, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests appreciate the beautiful views of the lake, peaceful atmosphere, and the playground, although the playground equipment is somewhat dated. While there is no Wi-Fi, visitors can use their phones for a hotspot, with better reception available on the B side of the campground. Restrooms include vault toilets and some with showers. Big Bend is dog-friendly, requiring pets to be leashed or in a pen. During winter months, the campground is free to use, but amenities are limited. Overall, visitors enjoy the serene environment, beautiful sunrises, and the well-set-up facilities, making it a desirable spot for camping and relaxation.
