“We are traveling from WI to AZ and stopped for the night in Elk City. We got an alert last night on our way to eat that the back left tire had low tire pressure so we put air in it but this morning it was back down. Our hotel gave us this tire shop name. We were there when they opened and they got us right in. Tire had picked up a bone?? and they removed it and fixed the tire and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes and $20 later. Such great service and price. We highly recommend this shop.”

“We just received my husband's pickup back from Gary's Auto Body. WOW, It looks amazing!From the beginning, the office staff and claims handler, Erika, worked to get the outcome we wanted. The insurance company made a mistake and tried to total the auto and Erika fought to get things straightened out!Once repairs were started, Gary's accommodated our special request for some customization. When we were not 100% sure what we wanted, the technician was so helpful guiding us towards what would look best. “My air conditioner in my truck was on the fritz and my friend referred me to Words because he knew they wouldn’t rip me off. I went in and met Joey and he stopped what he was doing to help me fix my air conditioning. He was really sweet and checked all my fuses and troubleshooted everything that it could be.
The issue was bigger than typical reasons and is going to require further diagnostics with 5A. But I’m really thankful Joey took time out of his busy day to help me. And he didn’t rip me off. ?”

“Best shop in the country!
Traveling across the country, and I had the caliper bolts on my front passenger wheel come out. After limping town to town for about 35 miles, I finally found a set of bolts that would fit.
I was in a hurry and already running late. I tried a few shops in town, all with either a multi-hour or a next day wait. I stopped into AutoZone and asked if they could recommend someone. Without hesitation the guy I spoke to recommended Jay's.
I limped over to Jay's and arrived just at lunch time. He was just locking up to go to lunch, but stopped and asked how he could help me. I explained the situation and said that if he could squeeze me and I could come back after lunch.
He told me no we can take care of it right now. Unlock the shop, I went right to work. I had so many other things going on at the time that I didn't need this problem on top of everything else. But Jay was really good about getting everything taken care of and get me back on the road as fast as possible.
I can't say enough about the shop. Kind, professional, compassionate, and extremely good at what they do!
I could have got charged an arm and a leg, which I have several times, but not here. Definitely not the shop that will take advantage of somebody in a bad situation!
If you're in the area or traveling through and need anything, this is the place to go, it may not look like much from the road, but I cannot stress how impressed I am with this shop!

“Raul is good. He’s fast and dependable. If you’re upset that the wind blew the flag upside down and it cost $70 for a tire you must live under a rock. Tires are expensive! Raul is a man of his word and does great work! Not only did he switch out my trailer tires but he picked them up and dropped them off also. You can’t pay enough for that kind of service!”

“While on a vacation to the Southwest, we had the catalytic converter stolen from our van in Elk City, OK. I found Big Elk Automotive and Exhaust on the internet. The owner, Scott and his team were extremely helpful and got us back on the road in 6 hours which included obtaining a new converter from Oklahoma City, several hours away. During this time, they provided a comfortable room to wait in which included a TV. Scott's wife also made us lunch at no cost. I found everyone at Big Elk to be very accommodating and friendly to the point of offering a private vehicle to use if we needed to go somewhere. In the end, we were charged a fair price for a quality job. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated. If we lived near Elk City, this would be my go to shop for all things automotive and I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.Service: Exhaust”
“I’ve been working with Justin on repairing hail damage for the past two months. I’ve kept a close eye on how they do their paint and body work. From the body work, the paint work, the way they treat customers, Justin and his crew are some of the best I’ve been around. I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t think they were one of the best, not just in Elk City but I think in the country. I’ve worked with several body shops and I’m very picky as to who I recommend. If you are in Elk City and surrounding areas, Walker’s Body Works is where you need to go! Period. The End!”
“I was driving back to St. Louis from LA and our car broke down in Elk City at 4am the day before the 4th of July. As you can imagine, the next day nobody was open and we had called literally everyone in town. Once they opened, they called us back and told us to bring it down to the shop. The part we needed wasn't at any store the area so the owner pulled it off of his personal project car to get us home. I can't describe how kind and helpful these people are. Wish they were in my area so I could go back whenever I wanted!”

“Rick is a genuine kind person. He helped me out when I had a tire blow out on I-40 heading to Tulsa. He showed up early to find me waiting in his parking lot without a spare tire. Rick put his scheduled work aside to help me out in my time of need He jacked my car mounted and balanced a brand new tire at a very reasonable price to get my dog and I back on the road in nascar speed. Highly recommend and very glad to meet him and know that the kindness and generosity he shared still exists!”
