“I had one of the worst experiences of my life from being hit by a drunk driver where i wasnt even in my vehicle and not at fault in the slightest. My own auto insurance coverage, The General, made everything ao much more painful and unnecessary than needed to be and i was very much feeling lost with this horrible experience. By word of mouth, I heard that Shannon's shop did amazing and has been going strong for years on years and that theres never been a known complaint about the way they conduct business, treat you like a human being, I felt heard and understood, and i felt that they took extra steps to communicate that in a way that i could appreciate. “My air conditioner in my truck was on the fritz and my friend referred me to Words because he knew they wouldn’t rip me off. I went in and met Joey and he stopped what he was doing to help me fix my air conditioning. He was really sweet and checked all my fuses and troubleshooted everything that it could be.
The issue was bigger than typical reasons and is going to require further diagnostics with 5A. But I’m really thankful Joey took time out of his busy day to help me. And he didn’t rip me off. ?”
“I have a rebel 250. Was able to order the tire and tube. And during their busy time they still changed the tire for me. I already had it off the bike so they made it easier. In like 10 minutes I was ready to go! We have ordered parts for my husband's bike. They are friendly and know bikes. Thankyou!!!”

“Fantastic customer service! Best shop! Here's why: I hit a massive pothole on I-40. It bent the rim on my Toyota's steel wheel. The tire was holding air, but oddly deformed, and causing vibration at speed. I limped into Jay's Brake and Alignment. They were able to fix my wheel, tested it to hold air, and get me on the road! This is an honest business that doesn't take advantage of travelers. I highly recommend them.”

“Raul is good. He’s fast and dependable. If you’re upset that the wind blew the flag upside down and it cost $70 for a tire you must live under a rock. Tires are expensive! Raul is a man of his word and does great work! Not only did he switch out my trailer tires but he picked them up and dropped them off also. You can’t pay enough for that kind of service!”
“I was driving back to St. Louis from LA and our car broke down in Elk City at 4am the day before the 4th of July. As you can imagine, the next day nobody was open and we had called literally everyone in town. Once they opened, they called us back and told us to bring it down to the shop. The part we needed wasn't at any store the area so the owner pulled it off of his personal project car to get us home. I can't describe how kind and helpful these people are. Wish they were in my area so I could go back whenever I wanted!”
