I am writing this review at 4:27 am in the morning from the campground. There’s no regulation for noise, there’s a group still partying. When I talked to them asking if this was the best thing to do in a campground which there’s 3 babies under the age of 3 only in our family who are waking up regularly because of the noise what they said was tragic: this is America and we can do what we want! They also think that they’re not disrespecting other campers. I’m so disappointed with the campground management that there’s no quiet time nor someone who would enforce the rules. We can hear to sleep outside with the noise of nature but it felt like we’re in a pub with 100 people. I’m so sorry that this much beauty is interrupted…

Some moron loser was driving around putting fake parking tickets on people’s cars by the playground a couple weeks ago. Dude is going to f around and get himself put in the er or jail because that is fraud and very much illegal.

We've been here before and loved it! Especially watching the geese and their babies. This time, the park "attendant" kept driving his golf cart all thru the sites and center field grass area, chasing them away. At one point, he stopped at someone's site, parked, and started throwing rocks at the geese in the water!! If he had hit one, it could have been severely hurt or killed!
This guy's time could have been better spent cleaning up all the broken glass and trash on the beach!
We're very disappointed in this stay at Burns Run East!

Whenever we go swimming, this is the spot we go to. Great playground for the kids, safe swimming area, covered picnic tables, it’s the best! It also has beautiful sunsets

Nice place but, sites 45,46,&47 are on sand burr point. We have had our share of sand burrs but, this is next level. It is a shame because the lawn is nice and the cement pads are new and level. Wear shoes with tough soles as my Sketchers were picking up more than the dogs paws, which was a lot.

This park does have amazing views and good access to the lake however, they have redone this park and taken out majority of trees it’s basically set up for rv’s which is really sad we will use for boat launch but unfortunately will not be camping there we still tent camp but there is no shady spots left wish for every tree they took out they would have replanted trees. Sad to see these changes after soooo many years.

Super fun beach with a playground attached. Not very busy on Labor day, so it seems to have a fair amount of open area to get away from the crowded beach vibe.

Love this campground. Full hookups, level concrete pads, and patio with covered tables and plenty of parking with a view of the lake. We stayed with the Senior Discount Pass and only played $14 a night. Length of stay is 14 days. Site #31.

What a great Corp park. Close to the lake so easy access for my wife's kayak and paved level sites for easy setup. Great roads for biking and close access to the beach. Book early as the sites fill-up quickly.
