Came in 2 weeks ago to pay my internet bill, saw Harold and everything went smoothly. Didn’t have to give my ID, was quick and painless. Today, I came in to pay my phone bill, and I was told I needed to give my ID to make a bill payment(I know I don’t need to, the only reason why he would ask is to get into my account to see if I’m eligible for an upgrade or to try to sell me something that I don’t need), and when I said I don’t need to give my ID to pay a bill, he blatantly lied to my face and said “We’ve changed” . If you want unauthentic and untrustworthy service from AT&T, go see Harold.

I had 2 simple needs on my visit today.
- I cracked my phone screen and needed it replaced.
- I had a secondary line for a business that I sold so I needed to take that number off my plan.
The moment I walked into the AT&T store in Catoosa (suite G) I was greeted with what was clearly annoyance that I was even in there. The employee working was named Hal. No hello or hi but a stern I’ll be with you in a min. (Only one other customer was in the store so it was not busy)
-He told me he cannot help with the number situation that I have to call a number and verify my account over the phone to take a number off of my plan. So can’t help ya there.
- He then said I can probably help with the broken screen cover. We sat down and he asked for my license. I told him I have a photo of my license on my phone but my wallet was in the wife’s car. He said I need to scan the back of it to replace your screen cover. I said why. He said there is no other way to verify your account. I said well I can give you my account pin, my social, my drivers license photo that is clearly me, I can show you the bill sent to my email with my name. There are lots of ways to verify who I am but it’s literally just a screen on my phone. His response , “nope can’t do it” I said well how can they verify my account and who I am over the phone without a picture of my drivers license? He said, “not my problem” I said well ok so if you don’t want to do your job just say so man and he got up and went to the back and didn’t come back out. If there is a manager at this store or someone that can call me back I would love to discuss it more 919-740-9973. But with customer service like this no wonder people are leaving AT&T in droves.
****update!!! I went to the AT&T store in broken arrow at 145th and met with the employee there named Josh! Absolutely incredible experience and he was able to fix both problems for me in the store all under 15 mins! And with a great attitude! So both of my request could be done in store if Hal wanted to. Time for Hal to go AT&T.

Needed to change my account over to the new 55+ plus plan. Morgan Reeves was incredible in assisting me in every aspect of the process. She made absolutely certain that before leaving the store each and every detail was completed to perfection.

Terrible customer service. Went in for a screen protector replacement, and the lady was no help at all. She was too interested in talking to her coworkers. She told me to dial 611 and they can help. I call 611 and she tells me you have to order it in store or online. Do yourself a favor and drive to Tulsa or Owasso.

I was at this phone store to make a return and I was treated rudely and very unpleasantly by the female clerk. She has one customer and I already had waited 10 minutes and it wouldn’t have taken her 3 minutes to take care of me. She even allowed her customer to yell at me as well which I thought was very unprofessional. I will never shop this establishment again. This woman needs to learn how to multitask and learn how to be professional or find another job.

Morgan & Alyssa were the MOST awesome associates EVER! They spent an hour and a half helping set up 2 phones for us with joy and patience. We bought our phones from Costco with the associate confidently telling us that we would be able to set them up on our own at home. He failed to update our plan with AT&T so that our phone numbers could be transferred, among with a few other errors. After 3 days of messing with them, we went our local AT&T retail store. Morgan and Alyssa deserve 10 stars! We are so grateful for their great customer service, we treated them to lunch!

Onyx did an amazing job helping me get a birthday gift for my twins. He was patient and knowledgeable, it made my experience all around less stressful and complex.
