“After personally experiencing negative results at a cost of $792 for an oil change and AC flush and charge from an out of state Firestone auto shop, I brought our vehicle in for an oil change and in addition asked for a second opinion regarding the work that was 'supposedly' completed out of state the previous week. Within moments my vehicle was in the work bay and I was being shown the condenser was cracked and leaking. The inspection FS said they completed obviously missed a rather critical factor as to why the AC was not functioning. Chris the phenom tech and Alex, the mgr., provided not only HONEST customer service but completed a timely, professional repair at an exceptionally fair price and sincere care toward my not being treated fairly out of state. To me, there is NO other option when it comes to auto maintenance. I am a forever customer for ALL my vehicles. And a rose to lift my spirits from TUESDAY'S Ladies Day. “Called to get a quote on 4 Goodyear tires and was met with professionalism from the start.
I had a bad experience the last time I came in to get a set of tires ( had a brand new tire on drivers side rear I wanted them to put in my trunk so I could keep it as a spare. Got home to take the spare out & it wasn’t there. Called the shop & was told the tires had already been picked up by the tire “recovery” guys). Long story short I didn’t plan on doing business with Tate Boys again.
In the end I’m glad I did. I’ve used Tate Boys for a long time & sometimes things just happen. It ended up being a $200 loss with a lost GoodYear tire but I have to say they made up for it this time around.
Josh greeted with excellent customer service, made sure to get my vehicle in promptly and most importantly made sure I left with the two tires that still had good tread left on them.

“I had a tire leaking air where a plug had been installed. I went to 2 different chain tire shops to get it fixed. One tried to sell me a new tire, and one tolde to come back tomorrow, on 2 different days. Then I remembered Easleys. I stopped by and my tire was patched and good to go in 10 minutes. They always take good care of you.”

“I was absolutely impressed with the team’s communication. Letting each team member know what has been completed , what needs to be started and such leaves very little room for error. The tech that was doing my billing told me I would need a coolant flush in the near future but, since I was already getting oil and differential fluid change, it could wait until next visit. I decided, because of his honesty, to go ahead and get the coolant flush as well. All in all I had a very good experience. I will recommend others and I will return in the future.”
“I have always had such great service at this Walmart! I started getting oil changes here and today I needed tires.
My tires were getting old and then I picked up a metal tool which caused a flat in one of them that was too large to do a simple repair. Because I needed a new tire I decided to replace all 4 because they were getting worn (they were all 6-7 year old tires). My service today was very fast. The estimation was an hour and they got me in and out within the hour. I checked in at 3pm and was walking back to my car at 3:55pm.
This morning (11/3) I even got a call asking if I placed an order on tires because it was the last four tires left and they wanted to make sure no one else got them before I came in.

My only complaint that is also a human error would be I didn’t tell the associate I wanted to keep my tire stem caps that had flags on them ? but they’re $6 on Amazon so not a huge deal.”

“Appointment at 9 am to replace all four tires. Pulling away from the shop at 10:20. No stripped studs or missing nuts. Car drives well so I know tires are balanced well. Only thing I noticed was that they use torque sticks when putting on the new tires. Not the end of the world but not up to the standard of a good torque wrench. Still better than hammering down the lug nuts with an impact like most shops do. Great tires and service at a great price. I’ll be back ?”
