“The ladies that work here are the sweetest! They were all so cheerful and easy to talk to. I had a package that was misdelivered and they were fast to solve the issue and found my package for me and explained what had happened. I'm so happy this is my local post office ?”

“Everybody was quick and efficient but like any post office it seems like one workers happy smiley and the other worker looks like they have been through a bit and ready to retire and grumpy.”

“there is one bright spot after living in a rural area, and having my culvert smashed to the point of having to replace it, my mailbox hit/damaged on more than one occasion by the mail girl, along with the flag being broken from the inside three times because she’s too lazy to bring a package to the porch so she STUFFS them into the mailbox (I witnessed it all). I even had the postmaster out to my house after they crushed the cinderblocks I put out to keep them off my 20 foot culvert. but I digress, I moved to town and the bright spot is my mail carrier, Brittany. She goes above and beyond, she is very pleasant, and she does a fantastic job. I love her. SHE gets the 5 stars.”

“Employees are perfectly good/fine. There is a video one year ago of a bunch of people on tax day sending back their tax returns to the IRS and complaining because they showed up so late. I get it, I’m a horrible procrastinator. Horrible. But you can’t show up Literally when the office is about to close which is ours after every other post office in the city has already closed, and then get mad because you all swarm at the very last minute. Not only do they have to close at a certain time, this place is responsible to sort all the letters and packages from all the other post office is in Tulsa. And acting as though the IRS is gonna charge more than a couple dollars for being one day late is laughable. The customers are horrible.

Now, I don’t know about the lady that works there, I just went in she does seem quirky. Too bad I can’t leave a criticism directly on their page, because them asking for a supervisor when they showed up hours after they should’ve sent it and then claiming this lady is going to be responsible for their late fees is laughable.”
