“I cant recommend this place enough. Bob the owner is a beautiful human along with his puppy Cooper who has plenty to say, lol. I have been coming here for years and have experienced nothing but professionalism. I recommend anyone who wants their mail handled with care to come and visit. Extra points if you're a dog person!”
“Good post office here. Not a horribly long wait for long lines and I didn't feel it took too long to get my needs addressed and met. Nice employees to boot.”
“Staff was very friendly and helpful! Traci went on a search for a missing package I’ve been trying to receive, she was very understanding and great at her job!”
“Everybody was quick and efficient but like any post office it seems like one workers happy smiley and the other worker looks like they have been through a bit and ready to retire and grumpy.”
“Employees are perfectly good/fine. There is a video one year ago of a bunch of people on tax day sending back their tax returns to the IRS and complaining because they showed up so late. I get it, I’m a horrible procrastinator. Horrible. But you can’t show up Literally when the office is about to close which is ours after every other post office in the city has already closed, and then get mad because you all swarm at the very last minute. Not only do they have to close at a certain time, this place is responsible to sort all the letters and packages from all the other post office is in Tulsa. And acting as though the IRS is gonna charge more than a couple dollars for being one day late is laughable. The customers are horrible.
Now, I don’t know about the lady that works there, I just went in she does seem quirky. Too bad I can’t leave a criticism directly on their page, because them asking for a supervisor when they showed up hours after they should’ve sent it and then claiming this lady is going to be responsible for their late fees is laughable.”
“I never had to mail out a plethora of papers but thanks to Summer I was in and out within a few minutes. She didn’t hesitate to ask if i needed help and was extremely helpful with my mailing woes.”
