I stopped in to have my dip nails removed and new applied. I was helped quickly. The nail tech was very friendly and complimented my choice of color. I was offered a water to drink during my service.
Everyone is always very friendly and quick to fulfill the service requested. I’ve been to this location several time and will continue to stop in.

Worst experience I've ever had in any nail salon. My pedicure is completely crooked and the polish is mussed on multiple toes. My french tips are so uneven. I kept explaining to her that one side was higher than the other, and she was very rude about it. She tried to fix it multiple times to no avail. There were other issues as well with correct colors I was told they had and other things I wont get into. I felt belittled and talked down to any time I tried to express what I was wanting. The most frustrating part was that there were other more experienced techs (who have done my nails before perfectly) who saw what was happening and tried to explain to my nail tech what I wanted, but they never stepped in and did anything even when I was trying not to cry. I literally left in tears from embarrassment and frustration. I will never go back.

I got a pedicure and my nails, polished and filed with the gel. I was completely happy with the service, but I think $75 was a little high, but I guess in this day and age I’m just going to have to get used to higher prices The lady was amazing. She did a wonderful job.

Took two workers to get manicures and I got a pedicure. The experience was minimal at best. One coworker had a great experience while another's was awful. She didn't receive a hand massage and left with nails that were completely messed up. My pedicure was decent but when it came to the manicure she didn't buff my nails, shape them evenly and polish was streaking. Maybe they were tired or it's because we weren't regulars. However I would never recommend them. I still left a small tip but the lady informed me it wasn't enough to share. Only one technician should have been tipped at all!

The staff is very friendly.. when I tell you this is the best place to get your nails done in the Catoosa area there's no exaggeration!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time getting manicures and pedicures today. The two who did our nails were gentile and kind.
Cleanliness: I have gone to this shop for years! It is always clean and worker are kind!
