Today I went into the Catoosa Supercuts location and had my haircut and was pleased with the outcome. Service was great but my biggest compliment is to the same stylist who cut my hair and took my payment, after I paid and she handed me my receipt I walked out and left my debit card in the card reader. She then took the card and put in the locked register and kept it safe for me until I realized what I had done and returned for it. So thank you so very much and I appreciate her honesty and integrity more than words can express! I didn't catch her name but the word needs more people like her!

Went into facility @5:30 lights out and 1 person sitting there. She stated internet out, I told her I will be right back. Went to the IBC next door , came back in less than 5 minutes to the lights back on and then was told can't give a haircut bc she is trying to close down. Why post hours of operation and not adhere to it. Bad customer relations. Obviously don't care to make money, just sit in the dark playing on the phone.
