If you’re not there to buy a $300,000 boat from them they are the rude and have no use for you. I wanted to buy a fitting for a ballast pump and they acted like there were insulted that i came in there for that. Never again

Purchased a 2017 Monterey MX6 Surf Edition from Jason and the experience was perfect. Great communication and professionalism from him and every other Ugly John's employee I spoke with. Price was right and will definitely be back for the next boat purchase. Highly recommend Jason and Ugly John's/Catoosa.

Just couldn't get anyone at the Catoosa office to return a phone call. Always went to voice mail during business hours after ringing a while. Sent requests off their internet page but never heard back. Wasn't until over a week later that I called the Grand Lake office and reached an employee. Wasn't the most friendly but referred a sales person to me. The guy called and left a voice mail for me to call him on Monday! Really. Who's making the sell? Anyhow, long story made short - 2 boats I was interested in buying sold by the time I got anyone to reply back to me. Not saying that I would've bought either but very likely - wasn't willing to drive 3 hours without knowing inventory just to find out. What's so hard about answering a text? Takes like seconds to say "sorry, sold that boat. Can I help you find another?".

I’ve been there five times looking for parts. Always told person out to lunch and will call me after lunch. Three times no one ever called back.Called for service. Service not there all at the lake for two weeks.Called and asked for parts! Guess what they don’t have parts.They are the only Honda outboard motor dealer in the Tulsa area.

Man hope you dont ever need parts for your pontoon....3 weeks an than the mgr marked them up 60%....numerous phone calls an never did get it sorted out....im dealer in ftw texas an thid was a insurance claim....i couldnt get anything done with these people an ended up calling the manufacturer because insurance was getting antzy for prices...i just leave it at that!!!

These guys are some of the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new boat with a motor that burned oil like crazy. I took the boat in to be checked out and was informed the motor is known to burn oil. Conveniently they didn't know about this issue when they sold me the boat. I called several other dealerships and even called the manufacturer with the same answer. That's not a problem we have ever heard of. To remedy the problem they offered to buy the boat back at $20,000 under what the boat was worth. When I tried talk to the owner about it his only response was I've lost more than that on a boat. After buying multiple motorhomes, boats and a classic car with these guys. I can guarantee neither myself nor anyone in my family will ever do business with them again.
