Can't deliver a package (your only job) and close at 4:30. Waste of tax dollars.

I never had to mail out a plethora of papers but thanks to Summer I was in and out within a few minutes. She didn’t hesitate to ask if i needed help and was extremely helpful with my mailing woes.

Zero isn't an option. We live in an apartment and cannot get our mail but we get everyone else's. It is beyond ridiculous.

I honestly wouldn't give this place any stars. I love Catoosa, but the people here was so rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't go to this post office, sadly tulsa is probably better .

The lady at the front counter was super rude. I gave her my boxed package to mail out and she gave me a slip to write the address on and while I had a purse on my shoulder and was carrying another bag + writing down the address she immediately called someone behind me to check them out. She asked me to move and I politely declined because it would take me less than a minute to write down the address. I was in line before him and the people in front of me got to write their addresses and tape their boxes while not being rushed at all. After paying for the package to be mailed I asked if she would show the same patience to everyone instead of expecting one person to move all of their stuff so someone behind could go infront while I was writing down an address. She proceeded to yell that I "should've come prepared" and it is my fault. I really hope she finds whatever is bothering her and gets it fixed.

Local, friendly people, rarely is there a line. Building needs remodeling.

After 2 years of going back and forth with their customer service they still can't get it through their heads to leave a dang package on the porch especially when it does NOT require a signature. I asked for a manager/supervisor to call me and guess what I have not heard from them. I am very unhappy with how this entire place handles things. I want to give it a zero star because of how poorly they have handled my situation.

This post office is very complacent when it comes to handling mail. They'll "lose" your mail and lie to you with a straight face about it

This is why the post office is going bankrupt.

If I could I would give them a zero I would. The Asian chick at the front desk is rude and racist. Was the only one in the store at the time and was trying to ask her a question while in front of her and she looked past me and helped the new customer that just walked in. You know I said something because that was mad rude of her. I've been in customer service for YEARS! Teach her some manners or get her off the customer facing portion of the postal service please and thank you.

Rude! wanted the postal lady to fill out the adress because I'm dyslexic and last time I messed up the number and my niece never got her hundred dollar gift card for the new baby. So I explained and she said I'm tired if that makes a difference along those lines, I was embarrassed and dyslexic isn't an excuse not to fill out the adress and isn't that what post office people do last time a lady printed out a sticker with the name
