Had a sick 2 yr old with a high fever needing some children Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Just. Her and I in the car. I drive through the drive through and asked if the lady could help me out and get it for me so as not to get this baby out nor to spread whatever bug she has
I would gladly pay for the items .
I was TOLD NO. They would not. I had to bring her in or do some kind of door dash thing. So we went in. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

I used to use their pharmacy because they were open later than most here it is Sat at 3pm I've got a bad burn . After leaving ER I was prescribed medication. They were closed. Almost sent my husband today and sure enough they are closed. I'm SOPPOSED to return to ER tomorrow for recheck and they will be closed tomorrow too. If I had known pharmacist got weekends off I would of become one.
Another example was I went on the app and updated my personal information to utilize my online account. I needed to buy makeup I clipped coupons I opted in to buy one get one 50% off etc. it came to. E to pay in store and my updated info did not work. I was holding up the line so I ended up paying the outrageous price. The guy at the counter was patient and very helpful even offered to update my info which he did. I decided to shop some more. My purchase was added up this time when I put in my # it took 40$ off the bill instantly. I spent over 300$ that day at Walgreens and all I've got to show for it is 3$ wahlgrens cash.
What a waist of time and money. I had to put back the makeup because I couldn't get the buy one get 50% off or the manufacturer clipped coupon. I will be deleting the app. They can have their 3$

If I could give this a negative 10 I would... the pharmacist have ego issues... went to pick up a medication and they will not release it until the 30th day. It's a one a day medication and they close at 6:00pm so if you work or have a life and need medication...don't fill here!
Go to Catoosa Family Pharmacy...they are incredible!

This is the worst ran pharmacy under corporate Walgreens. Some staff (some) not all but the regulars from time to time turn into doctors. They give out false info incorrect info on dates times at their discretion just to get told by an actual doctor what they will and won’t do . Zero stars shit service

Do not fill your scripts here or even consider working here. The pharmacist spends the majority of her time gossiping about others and is a bitter human. You can through a rock in any direction and find a better pharmacy with better management.

Randomly don't have a pharmacist on duty and then cancel the prescription because it's past the time to pick it up. I went 4 times with no success and when they finally had a pharmacist they made me come inside with 4 kids to refill it again. Just because I showed my annoyance about them canceling it. He could have easily started the process in the drive-thru but had me get out of line and come inside.

Horrible wait times, doesn’t answer their phone, limited hours, and can take 4-5 days to fill a script. Even if it has been a full 30 days, and you can show them via their app what day the last refill was filled, they will argue and refuse to fill your refill telling you to come back the following day. Walgreens as a chain sucks, and this one sucks more than most! Insurance be hanged, I’ll find a way to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous. They never have a pharmacist on duty. I have gone so many times to pick up my medication just for the pharmacy to be closed. Once I went to drop off a prescription and said I would wait. After 30 minutes, I asked if they had it ready they said no and asked if I needed it that day... like of course that's why I waited.
Then today, after they called, texted, and emailed me that I had a partial refill ready I left work because they don't stay open. I get there and they say they don't have anything ready for me then made me wait for OVER an hour just to tell me that they can't do a partial refill. Even though they always do because for some reason they can't plan ahead for a customer. I requested the refill 6 days ago and now will have to go without my medication. Do not waste your time or your money. Walgreens does not pay enough to be properly staffed or stock their store.

Use a different pharmacy this one sucks… tried to talk to the pharmacist multiple times before they closed about filling my prescription they didn’t do it then they closed and now I’m sick for 2 nights. Plus this place is closed all the time….

What is with the attitude with these females in the pharmacy? Ugh. If you hate your job toots get a different one. You're bad mood can easily rub off onto others. Be happy life's too short. Catoosa Family Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Tulsa...mic drop.

When your meds are only scheduled for a specific day and they are not open rwo days in a roll now you have missed on meds that you ate not to just stop but you just did as they are not transferable either. I feel sorry for patient that have to put up with serve medical issues. You all should be able to call another one in or transfer one half a day from another location.
