“I went in for an alignment and he did a great also because of the condition of my vehicle he let me know he did what he could to the full potential (because my car needs work done) and only charged me half for that reason when he didn't have to so he's very honest and trustworthy. “Called to get a quote on 4 Goodyear tires and was met with professionalism from the start.
I had a bad experience the last time I came in to get a set of tires ( had a brand new tire on drivers side rear I wanted them to put in my trunk so I could keep it as a spare. Got home to take the spare out & it wasn’t there. Called the shop & was told the tires had already been picked up by the tire “recovery” guys). Long story short I didn’t plan on doing business with Tate Boys again.
In the end I’m glad I did. I’ve used Tate Boys for a long time & sometimes things just happen. It ended up being a $200 loss with a lost GoodYear tire but I have to say they made up for it this time around.
Josh greeted with excellent customer service, made sure to get my vehicle in promptly and most importantly made sure I left with the two tires that still had good tread left on them.

“We are traveling with our RV our tire got a hole in it. Very impressed with Jose that changed out our tire and his coworker. When he took off our spare tire that only had about 100 miles on it. He noticed that it had a bulge in it. Thanks for looking out for your customers! Great customer service! Glad to know there are still honest employees that are dedicated to their customers.”

“Driving across country to Las Vegas and had some serious issues with the suspension and tires on the vehicle! One of our tires was showing bands and wires. We searched so many places for tires and kept coming up with nothing until 1pm and this was at 7:30 am. Chris at Shamrock found a tire at the warehouse that was comparable and had it at the shop by 8am!! Evan the tech was awesome, a smooth experience and he helped us out with a balance on another tire that was not good too. He helped us out with a donut for a spare too.
