Tellers are universally pleasant & helpful. The Place is immaculate . I am disappointed with the procedures to renew cds. Hard to get a receipt for your funds.

I love their customer service. They are always helpful and pleasant. I also love how they have their overdrafts set up. If I make a mistake and drop my account down negative they give me before the end of business today day to fix it without charging an overdraft fee.
