We bought a PO Box here when we went to check our mail they handed us someone elses mail that was in our po box... our mail is missing from here.. and the lady was really really rude when my sister went in there to talk to them.

Ups drivers need to learn to knock on doors. I am at the end of pregnancy and I had ordered dresses to do maternity photos in for this weekend and I was supposed to get my package on Friday but they never knocked and left a note saying they did. I can’t pick up the package until next week and Now I can’t do my maternity photoshoot because my outfits were never delivered and my baby is due next week. Thank you ups for ruining my maternity photoshoot. I am beyond disappointed in the service of this ups location.

If you’re next in line when the clock strikes 11:30, be prepared to have the cashiers window shut in your face, with a lovely side of attitude. They’ve never heard of staggering employee lunch hours so the public can conduct business during their own lunch hour.

I am disabled. The ramp is so long...it is a serious complication for me. They won't deliver my packages in the large mail bin at the kiosk they say bcuz someone breaks into them. And they won't deliver to my door even though it's only 30 ft from the kiosk. They say because I live in an apartment. Also if it's snowing or raining very hard, they won't even deliver mail! So much for their "we deliver in rain, sleet hail motto. AND THEY ARE RUDE ABOUT THIS ISSUE.

Really nice looking post office. The lobby was clean even though it was old and had a few cosmetic problems. Keep up the good work.

I’ve lived in this town for 5 years and every week I go up there it is an unpleasant experience and today was so bad I had to write this review. The short old lady that works her is rude and will roll her eyes at you, will not greet you, and on top of that she will send your package back if you do not pick it up within a week. We homeschool kids in my house and she has sent their school books, school supplies, and multiple other purchases I have made back.
