Closes early! I called to check on prescription. Told the lady I was heading that way. Told her it would be close to 6. I got there at 5:55! Doors locked. Employees just ignored me. If the employee had told me they close early I wouldn’t have attempted the 20 minute drive.
I will agree with other reviews about employees being rude. I’ve gone in to pick up neighbors prescriptions.

Absolutely love the staff at Checotah Pharmacy! They are always pleasant and helpful. If I had a complaint it might be they are not open on Saturdays which can be inconvenient if you see a doctor on Friday, but for the most part they are always on top of prescription refills.
They also have cute gift items available to purchase as well, along with some over the counter medications.
They recently started being able to see customers that need basic testing like strep or flu.
We are thankful for finding Checotah Pharmacy for our prescription needs.

Used to be better a few years ago , they really need a Customer service training program on how to better treat customers , always feels tense in there soon as you walk in , front counter help is rude and they need to learn to say thank you and have a nice day at the drive thru , seems like you are being judged for just picking up your medicine

The older, tall, short haired lady at the register is always so rude! I really hate having to deal with her attitude problems every time I pick up a prescription! I recommend making the drive and going to Ernie's in muskogee! Their staff is much more friendly!

Always rude, especially the older lady, I will go to Walmart next time,3 times in a row is enough,eye drops or meds always the same, people would it kill you to say Hello,How are you today?
