The quality is mediocre and drops conference calls often. I’ve also had issues with their billing system. I pay 1/10 for the same service on another provider. Not many options in the area though.

Bad internet. Internet goes out every weekend. I wish there was some place else that served my area.

Service is garbage, customer service is garbage. Just not satisfied at all and they don't care since there is a monopoly in this area.

We did a transfer of service for the internet but instead they just shut off the internet and now it is hard to get a hold of anybody at Cross to get it hooked up. Because of Covid they will not answer their doors but there is no other way to talk to them. Not a good experience from the get go.

Well, the people are great but the internet service is not. you charge 87.00 a month for poor internet service. Lucky for cross you have basic monopoly in area my net goes out 1 to 3 times every day from 10 mins to 14 teen hours. But I pay for service not received. now that is sad thanks for all most nothing!!!!!!!! But you get yours right.

My bill isn't due for 13 more days but shutting me off on the 1st.do not uze shut off during covid crisis ..we owe 82 cents now they want 250dollars deposit. Very unprofessional.

Well the first man was awesome the second knocked walked around and left nothing works!!! Called and it took about 30 mins to get someone on phone and I still haven't got a call back.

I've been on hold for over THIRTY minutes wanting to explain how bad these IDIOTS messed up giving my stupid sister, Joann Morrow, phone service and NOT verifying her references.
I NEVER gave her permission to use my number or list me as a reference. if you twatwaffles had did just a TINY bit of research, you would have THROWN HER OUT, not give her a phone! trust me, your never getting paid! it's been 37 minutes now and still no answer. Figures.
