Isaac was absolutely the greatest! He solved all of our problems and got us everything that we came in for and more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ kudos to the Chickasha AT&T store for having the greatest customer service rep ever!!

Getting new phones for my husband and I was super quick and easy. We got nice return on our old phones. I would recommend At&t to everyone!

HORRIBLE customer service! I came in the store to get an iPhone 15 and as I walked in, another person came in right behind me. Immediately one of the two employees in the store (the male employee) says, in disgust, to the customer that he’s helping, “We weren’t busy all morning, now EVERYONE wants to show up at the same time!” Okay, there were two people in the store being served by the two employees, and then me and one more person walked through the door. The male representative was actually almost done serving the customer he was with, yet he was so upset that two more people walked into the store. Mind you, this was in the middle of the day on a Friday. It wasn’t even close to closing time. I guess the male employee just didn’t want to have to work that hard. He had no problem complaining to the customer he was with, and loud enough for all of us to hear him. I’ve been with AT&T for more than 20 years but I will definitely be changing service providers. I don’t know if it’s every AT&T store, but the Chickasha, OK store has had a reputation for bad customer service for a long time, however I’ve never received that kind of attitude when I walked into a store offering to give them $1500.

Been working on my issue for 2 months with several calls into customer service….. BUT stopped by the store when all else failed…. And CARLI solved my issue in 10 minutes!!!! She is the best!!!!
Fast forward two days…. I went back into the store because of my own user error and guess what?!? Carli B for the win again!

Drove 15 miles to pay my bill, and they wouldn't take my payment, said it didn't show up yet on their computer! So I had to drive back 15 miles (total 30 miles for nothing) I am a senior citizen and always low on funds and wasted gas for nothing, Chickasha office not helpful or friendly and need more training,?

Jakob and Carli were both Very knowledgeable and provided excellent service to both my husband and myself. We were pleased with upgrades to the Galaxy S24 plus phones.
