“Wow, so refreshing to do business with a company with such stellar customer service. Blew a tire hauling a heavy tractor and pulled in to replace the spare in case it happened again. They came out to inspect trailer, found another tire that was coming apart, and 6 guys got on replacing 3 tires to get us back on the road in <45 min. All the guys working were incredibly friendly (every one admiring and inquiring about the '68 JD 4020 lol) but worked quickly to get us back out the door. Thank you guys so much for the service today. It was remarkable. Please pass those thanks on to the hands that were doing the work as well. “There was only one mechanic and he was three to four weeks behind on repairs because he was so busy. I had a blown coolant hose and I asked him if he would at least replace that just so I could be on my way. And he did. Plus he found a few other problems left over from another repaired that went bad. But I will attack the other shop that did not complete the job separately. But this shop that replaced my common hose was top notch A1 100% perfect. I can see why so many people are bringing their vehicles here because he knows what he is doing. Chickasha Auto and Diesel repair are second to none. And in my book that is number one. This man knows what he's doing that is why he has so many customers. He helped me get underway in a very short time and I will never forget that. I have other problems with my truck and I understand he did not have time for those but he did take care of the one problem they kept me on the road. If anyone knows of good mechanics please send them his way because he needs help because people around that area trust him to take care of their vehicles but he is only one man that is why he is three to four weeks behind. I don't come this way often but if I do again I need something I promise you I will come here. I trust him and I trust his work. What else can I say except he is number one in my book.”
