“The men at the Chickasha location are some of the best. They take really good care of my vehicles and are always friendly, kind and helpful. Go out of their way to tend to business, but don't try to waste my time up selling me things I don't need. Which is why I don't go anywhere else!!!!”

“Literally cannot brag on this guy enough. He's the only one I trust with my raggedy car and he's gone the extra mile more than once. He works hard to figure out issues that leave other mechanics guessing (and doing a bunch of extra stuff that doesn't fix the problem). After going other places and being changed a lot more money for a lot less fixing, I just can't stand to go anywhere else. Thanks Red Dirt!!!!”

“Had some fantastic work done to repair two dents on my Kia Sedona. One on the left front fender and one on the rear hatch. Both I thought were unrepairable. Jason took both dents out and it looks like new. So for everyone in the Chickasha/OKC area that has hail damage and dents, Jason is a skilled professional.”

“We didn't buy a car, but received THE BEST customer service we could have hoped for!! Early on a Saturday morning we were stranded, in the WalMart parking lot, in our motor home. The kindest gentleman, not a mechanic, a salesperson, came to our rescue, got the rv to shift into drive and got us back on road headed home to Iowa. I'm sorry we didn't get your name to give you a proper shout out, but please know how very much your kindness is appreciated!! Thank you!”

“I had bought my tires from off of Amazon and had to find someone to put them on that were open on Saturdays. Walmart was going to charge me $126.00 to have them mounted on. Jiffy Lube was going to charge me $40.00 per tire but then I was told about this place. They were already loaded with work but they graciously fit me in. Daemon did an amazing job of installing all four of my tires and it only cost me $80.00!! Yes, you heard right! Only $20.00 per tire! I most definitely gave them a 5 star rating!! Thank You guys so much!!”

“Very friendly staff. Dan MacComas took care of me from start to finish. I had a tire go bad on my trailer on the way there to trade in my old SxS and when I got to the store they brought over a hydraulic jack to help get the trailer up so we could change the tire. They did not pressure me to buy, allowed me time to look and make a decision. Definitely will be going back anytime I need anything related.”

“Recently, I had tractor issues on a Western Star with a DD15. After being broken down on the turnpike in Oklahoma and having another local company come out and just basically left me on the side of the road, took my money and left. I ended up limping my tractor to Bates Repair Services in Chickasha, Ok. found them on the web had some good reviews and I had nothing to lose. go to their facility that night and was able to park outside of their facility. The following morning, I got up and went inside and explained my issue and I was told to drop trailer and pull in to the bay. Clean facility in and out and friendly staff. I waited in the waiting area in the most comfortable sofa I had seen in a shop. I travel with my 18 year old Yorkie that is blind and deaf. there were two young ladies in the office. I had never met them before, but they loved my dog more than I do. They insured we both were comfortable and had plenty to eat. The Management and shop staff was Top of the line; did all they could to get me up and running. kept me informed throughout the process listened to and addressed my concerns and needs. at the end I was satisfied with their assessment and can agree that the pricing was fair. I just want to say thanks to the two young ladies up front and thank you to the Management and Mechanics. They are highly Recommended.!!!”
