The staff at this Autozone went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they help me purchase the correct battery for my car, but they also did a free installation for me! The manager and the employees up front were all so kind, funny, and knowledgeable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction and wanted to ensure that I left the store with a working car! I will be back for sure. They made my day!

Your day manager Thomas is very rude.he is very in professional and could not preform the duties of his job. I came in with receipt unopened package.and with in 2 weeks from day of purchase. I informed him my wife had gotten her purse stolen and no longer had the account open with the credit card I used. I asked could I have cash and or store credit he told me he didn't know how to do that and keep in mind .I got to the store 2 hrs before it opened because I needed to make sure this issue was taken care of before I left town.but still he was absolutely no help nor even made a attempt to help me. This is the 2nd time I've had to deal with Manager Thomas and the time before this he was rude as well.i will take my business to O'Reilly's and recommend all my friends do so as well.
