Terrible management. Worst Caseys and I urge others to not go to this one.
Management overworks their workers and could care less for anyone even if you’re a customer.

I came inside paid for my fuel, I had a service charge put on my card for the same amount that I spent and now CASEYS will not refund my money last time I checked you don’t get charged like that when you pre pay will not ever go to this store again all they will do is take your money then not help at all

Prices are not what they seem they say one thing on the price tag but when you get to the register they overcharged the computer doesn't match their pricing in the store nobody notices it but they are ripping people off

Not a clean store at all. Urinal was broken and floor was wet all around other toilets.

I buy gas here because I never have to go inside to get my receipt. Their pumps always have paper for receipts, and they offer non-ethanol gas.

I have been to a lot of Casey's. And this is absolutely the worst the lack of leadership and management is appalling i'm not sure why they have people back there in the pizza area.Because they never have pizza, and when I say never, I mean, never i have been there at least fifteen times in 3 weeks and there's never any pizza i went today.There's two people back there.Just chatting it up no pizza if I could give this place negative five I would get some management hire better employees

One thing about a Casey’s. It’s gonna be dirty as hell. From the parking lot. To the restrooms, how does a hands free paper towel dispenser that is empty by the way, get filthy? ITS HANDS FREE! Why build a million dollar facility, that you are not going to keep clean? Why not keep the old store building that was here. Just dirty that one up!

10:30 am there wasn’t any toilet paper in the women’s or men’s restrooms. No napkins near the register. Probably won’t stop at this store again.

The locks to the women’s restroom were completely dismantled, so none of the stalls locked. you can’t see that from the inside of the stall, though. i sat down after thinking i had locked the stall, only to look up to the door open.
