So I understand y’all close at 8 PM, but it was 12 to 13 minutes before eight and I already checked in on the app and I was already at the store and I walked in and the guy comes out and says we cannot take any more haircuts cause we’re fixing to close y’all could’ve done my hair in 13 minutes like that’s ridiculous if y’all are like that then y’all need to change your closing time or say on their 10 minutes before closing no more haircuts wasting my time and my gas. And I come here all the time and they never done this to me. I’ve came 5 to 8 minutes before closing, and they still took me some lazy people I guess.

Hair cuts can be great but the wait times are ridiculous. Checked in ahead of time showing a 0 minute wait time. Stood there for 15 minutes and half the staff was cutting hair and the rest of them were in the back room. Don’t even waisted your time checking in on the app. I’ll find somewhere else to get my hair cut from now on.

Took my son to get his back to school haircut 2 days before school started so I took him Monday. I have been taking him there for 2 years now and he has been growing a mullet for almost 4 years now it was to the middle of his back. He told the lady that he wanted it cut a little below his shoulder blades the lady told him it would be no problem and to look down at the floor and proceeded to cut it all the way off. She cut it even with his ears he was devastated and is very self conscious about it. For her to do that to a child two days before he starts his sophomore year is beyond wrong of her and needs to go back to school to learn how to cut/trim hair properly. I would not recommend going to great clips in Chickasha to the short lady that has long bright red hair!!!! I bet she would not like it if someone done that to her or her child!!!!!!!!!

Every time I go here it's a great experience. All the stylists do a great job. They are always very friendly and the place is always spot on clean. They are very efficient and very affordable. I would recommend here for everyone.
Requested style: I have the undercut where sides & back shaved & top is still long. They get it spot on Everytime.
Stylist: All the stylists are very friendly & exceptional at their jobs.

I normally only get my bald fade from an actual barber shop, so I was nervous about going to a national chain.
Miss Ashlynn gave me a perfect haircut at a very reasonable price.

Just left with a horrible hair cut! I paid 7 dollars extra for the fade that I wanted. I even asked for a seasoned barber. I wanted a fade but looks like a bowl cut instead. The lady that cut my hair was very nice but unfortunately could use some training how to fade. This is why I asked for some one with alot of experience in fades so this didn't happen. This is embarrassing. Currently looking for a barber to fix this so I don't have to be seen like this.
Requested style: I requested a fade and even showed her the pic if the cut I want for example.
