I don't enjoy replacing anything that means it's broken. But its Always a pleasure to go in there for battery replacement when it happens. They've always honored their warranty replacements. Always a great price as well. Haven't met everyone there but the few I've traded with are stand up fellas.

Got a set of Interstate batteries when I bought my new boat. They lasted 10 months. They were regularly on a battery tender. I have had a horrible time trying to get them warrantied. More than 10 hours invested in talking to Interstate Corp, Interstate Distrib (Chickasha), and my local dealer. I have walked away from the store twice now with the wrong batteries. The first set were not a direct replacement and I could not get Corp or Dist to agree on whether they were a direct replacement. The set I got today are physically and different size (and model). This is not going well. The local dealer has been nice. The Distrib and I did not get off on the right foot but I feel like he has made a good effort to make things right. I would just like some batteries!!!!!!!

This place use to be great but apparently is no longer doing business with the public when I called. I even asked to do a contactless transaction and was told no. Absolutely assisinine
