This was a wonderful buying experience. The owner, John, is truly a delight to do business with. We got to try out many mattresses to make sure we ended up with the right one. John was informative and even delivered the mattress for us. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't ever give 5 stars, but I give John 5 stars, he was wonderful. We had the best mattress buying experience. He didn't push us to a certain mattress or price. We told him what we wanted and he worked with us. Thanks JohnWe'll be back to get the base we talked about.

We’ve been in desperate need of a new bed for years but have put it off because we were overwhelmed by the many options and frankly don’t like to shop. I came across John’s Facebook page and I’m glad I did. We were able to choose from many options in a less overwhelming setting. It was super convenient. We had one on one service, where we could take our time, try out all the beds and ask as many questions as we needed to. John was very informative and most importantly, friendly. It was such a great experience and the bed is amazing. I wish we had found Mattresses by Appointment Chickasha sooner.

We had a great experience purchasing from John at the Chickasha store! He took his time to get acquainted, telling me a bit about him and his family and showed great concern for our family. He explained the differences in mattresses and offered to pull out any bed that was not already set up. It was nice to shop in a personal atmosphere without pushy sales associates. John delivered and stayed to help set up a bed frame and carry in the mattresses to the individual rooms. We greatly appreciate the care he gave us, his honesty, and the mattresses are wonderful!

? Bruce and I have put off buying a new Mattress and came across John's website that a friend had liked. I took a chance and called to see what they had and told him what we needed. When we got there he already had the beds picked out that he thought we would like and gave us very valuable information about them all.
