I signed up for a new checking account, I signed a waiver to have no over draft. I was told that I got the account If I didn’t have the money to cover the purchase then they won’t let the transaction go through I was happy with that. Long story short 6 little payments made it through and 6 times I was charged 35 dollars. Now I’m owing 341.65 for 120 dollars worth of purchases that were never supposed to make it through.

ATM is down three out of five times that you try using it, because they want the extra fees, cash deposits are never available immediately normally two or three days before it's available, their app has never worked right since I've installed it six times and they refuse to fix

By far the worth bank we have EVER dealt with. Extremely rude, after moving here and setting up a bank they decided to close our account, wouldn't explain why. I referred several friends and family members here. I told them about our experience and they will all be closing there accounts as well. Honestly doesn't deserve a 1 star. Recommend banking ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have been a Midfirst customer for only a short time but, I'm blown away by the level of customer service I have experienced thus far. We bought a house in December and Alleen Brown was our loan officer. AMAZING!!!!! We opened an account during the process and Samantha Ehrlich was the one who helped me open the account. Since, then she has been hands down, the most helpful and patient person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. These are only 2 examples of the type of people that work for this bank, and if they are any indication of your bank as a whole, I would recommend you to everyone!!!! Samantha... Alleen... You will never truly understand the impact you have made in our lives. Thank you and God bless!
