Are serious about their jobs . If you need a phone their gonna make sure that you leave the store with the best phone and plan that fit your budget.”
“Jacob, Ian and Kara were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They worked together to get everything done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend going to the Chickasha oklahoma office. Prices and plans are great also. Update ----- I wrote this the day i got all of my phones. 9 total. Well -- I get a bill a couple days later for 45??. For 2 days service on 1 line. From 2-11 thru 2-12 and 2-13 thru 3-11. But due by 3-6. I pay that one. Then get another bill in March due by 4-6 for 1122.??, look at it again , now it says 1076.??. I go to store, Jacob says promotions weren't applied, he would take care of it. Bill was supposed to be around 270 a month. Before discount for firefighter. I give it a couple days, go back to store, Jacob quit. Ian says he will add promotions. And that the bill is now 1076.?? I say no possible way, then Ian says that is right. You have to pay in advance and the current bill. I say no way. Go home and call billing, Phill can't figure out what is supposed to be. Says no promotions or activations fees waived. He said to go back to store. Told him no, they don't know anything about billing. But I go back to store. IanThinks 1076.?? Is right. Said to call billing. Called billing again, talked to another person, he said it was all messed up. He tried to justify the bill. Then he says he has to go to lunch and passed me on to Savannah. Finally she says still no promotions on there. She finally gets it right. Should be 270.00 before discount for firefighter. And to call back 48 to 72 hours and check about bill. They auto deduct 770.?? From my account. Omg!! I'm going to call again today and see what kind of story I can get today!!!! Needless to say --- not amused with us cellular at this time.”
