The way I’ve been treated before my purchase, during, and continuing after is why I will always go back and highly recommend being a customer of Morriss Motor Sports any chance. They are constantly helping me bring my expectations and sending me letters in the mail making me know and feel that I’m a valued and appreciated customer. Thank you to all the staff.

Kuddos to Eric and Paige. I had a short on my can am. I went into Morris Motorsports seeking assistance and explained that I was getting ready to leave on a trip. Paige said let me get with our mechanice and see what we can do for you.She came back with Eric whowas most helpful. He took my bike in right away and diagnosed it. I can now go on my trip without worrying about my bike.

I was quoted a price before I arrived. The price when I got there was the same. I was treated very well. Whole process took less than 2 hours. I was able to test drive my side x side before purchasing. I had contacted several Honda dealerships with only one responding immediately. Several days I had only received one response and they directed me to a dealership that I had already been to. Where I was treated with no courtesy at all. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received at MorrisMotorsports. Would recommend them over any dealership in Oklahoma!

Had some trouble with my bike traveling through Chickasha in the rain. Luckily, I was able to coast into the parking lot here, just by chance. 2 guys in service, didn't catch their names, helped get me back on the road. Gave me a jump and made sure I had a head start on locating my problem. Thought I would need someone to come rescue me and my bike until these guys saved me. Coming from a service background, and knowing these guys are underappreciated, I just wanted to give my praise and say these two need a raise!

Yesterday we went and looked the guy wrote down the price. Today we went to take the money and test drive. when we went to go pay he said he wrote down the wrong price. It was off by 400. Ok mistakes happen. Then he told us that if he was to honor that price he would lose his job. Never got a Manger never tried to make it right. We would have still got it until. He acted that unprofessional.

RUN don't walk from this place! I bought a fourwheeler from there on 12/3/2022, on 12/28/2022 my son was driving it when the front spindle became unattached sending my son over the handlebars. If he had been going any faster, he probably would not be here today. His body was skinned up pretty bad, extremely sore, ripped jeans and chipped a big piece out of his boots that he was wearing! This should not happen on a new ******* that was being driven on flat ground. I contacted them and they did come out to pick it up but then called me a few hours later and said that my son is lying to me and that he was driving crazy and that i shouldn't even think of hiring an attorney but that they would fix it at cost so it would be cheaper for me. I called a couple of shops and explained what happened and showed them the pictures and ALL of them said that there is NO WAY it should have come apart like that. They are literally made to drive on rough terrain and that if he had hit something there would be extensive damage to it for the spindle to become unattached. After confronting them they did turn it in as a claim to have it fixed but as of 1/20/2023 we are STILL waiting to get it back. Last Friday 1/13 when I contacted them to see if it was ready yet they said they just now noticed that the handle bars were bent and had to order new ones. I called on 1/19 to see if it was ready yet again and was told they don't know where the handle bars are and that they are trying to track them. At this point they have had the four ******* longer than I have!! They did not offer to compensate for chiro, the jeans and boots that were ruined because of the accident that happened because the four ******* was not put together correctly and they did not let us use another ******* while ours was getting fixed. I have had to be the one to reach out to them to get updates, nobody has called other than to try blame us. Disgusted is an understatement!

We were quoted a price from Mark Morris for a Can-Am Maverick X3 Max DS Turbo for $22,800 on July 6, 2022. We placed a $500 deposit the same day and were told give them a few days to build it and it would be ready to go. We called several times over the next couple of weeks to check in to see if it was ready as we live 3 hours away. We were given the run around several times until July 19 when we were told it was ready to be picked up. We drove the 3 hours and discovered they had built the wrong SXS. They offered to start paperwork, build the correct one, and deliver it when it was ready. We asked if we were given the correct price for the correct SXS and were told we were not and that they would not be able to honor the price ($2000 difference) even though we have the text message from Mark Morris stating the correct unit and price. The manager, Kenny, stated it would be bad business to honor the price we were given.I would not recommend this place as they were not willing to honor their price we were quoted and it was a hassle to deal with them from start to finish.

What a joke, selling sxs over MSRP and forcing parts on customers just to justify themselves stating, well everyone else is doing it. Good luck, not getting this customers business.

Took my polaris ranger in too have card rebuilt. They replaced the cam and supposedly rebuilt carb but it still floods out runs the same as it did cost me $1900 for nothing this place is a joke

This is a GREAT dealership to do business at if you are interested in any type of atv or sxs. Every department was great to work with and the store manager Dan was very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this dealership!
