I had to call to check on my parents reservation as my mom was having trouble confirming it. I called and spoke with Samantha who was super helpful and was able to list some accommodations my mom requested. Note to the “powers that be” …. Samantha gave us 5 star customer service!

Pleasant surprise. If traveling with kids this is a must stop. Amazing atrium by pool area. Older hotel with large rooms, but kleen and fresh.
