All I am seeing based on the reviews is a dealership who can't take accountability nor responsibility for the cars they sell. They blame their customers for mechanical issues as though they went under the hood themselves and ruined the vehicle. Laughable, really. I WAS looking through inventory, but given the reviews and the manager's/owner's responses, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Gave up navy blue 2015 Jeep Patriot due to multiple issues. Bad sensors that keep going broken, especially pedal, bent control rods too, coolant leaks that randomly pop up, and the catalytic converter going out as the last straw. All I asked for in return was a CD to be returned due to sentimental value for my kids. It got stuck in the CD player. I got ignored. Ghosted. Saw the jeep back on the lot. Probably none of the major issues fixed and the CD still in the player. Even when making timely payments their policies constantly change and punish all leasers. Just sad they don't care about having compassion for returning property.

They really are friendly people and will do whatever they can to put you in a car..if you have any kind of problem all you have to do is call them and more times then not they are will to work with you.

Well since i didn’t take responsibility and i did I told them I live in a community with major pothole issues that you can’t really avoid part of country living sorry yall don’t understand that u can’t go 5 miles an hour u still hitting potholes….. let’s talk about the focus just getting out the shop from getting the transmission fixed then it breaks down again the exact same day after driving straight home didn’t take it on the highway or nothing but let me guess that’s my fault to since I don’t admit to blame when I do when it’s my fault but whose transmission goes out in a week just by driving 75 mph it’s cuz ur mechanics don’t do their job. And Joe the reason you aren’t doing business with me is bcs my mom left a 1 star review that was the excuse u gave me then said u had to talk to patty don’t know who she is to make decisions with her attitude self but ok anybody who see this tell me if u can control what ur mother does my guess is nobody can and joe don’t try to deny it it’s recorded that was the only reason I couldn’t get my car back or u don’t wanna do business with me but im not going to argue with you thru a review message but your gonna leave my mom and Brison alone and stop attacking them freedom of speech and ur turning it around on them take the criticism and move on the thing is is I’ve put 5 thousand or more dollars toward vehicles and your trying to make it seem like I paid nothing and that’s bull my brothers using my car that I’m paying for is my business not yours transmissions shouldn’t be going out in two weeks doesn’t matter how fast you go ask an actual mechanic and not the ppl u have working for you they’ll all tell u a transmission doesn’t just go out even if your going 140 mph so the fact of the matter is u can blame me but your just as much to blame and ur service is terrible end of discussion and ppl need to know that and not the fake reviews u have on here saying how good u are when ur not

Great experience with solutions not only have they put me in a vehicle but they have also put my brother and sister-in-law and one as well they greet you with open arms saw all problems we need to and make sure that you're taken care of family friendly place it has been a great experience so far for me and my family
