I walked in with a major problem with my brakes. The office staff jumped into action and got me a quote and got me scheduled. Then they got me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at shop. When I came to pick up my vehicle the total was less than I was quoted.

Called the business to see if they can put a pipe on my truck so I can drive it. I explained to them that my catalytic convertor was stolen and their response was that they couldn't do it because they needed the catalytic convertor to be able to put pipes on it so that it can be within state regulation. It is ironic that they can that to other people's vehicles but able to help me get my truck running.

Came in for a diagnosis. Explained my issues and they knew the problem within the first 5 minutes! The receptionist even found out that the part was actually a safety recall!
