Words can not express the gratitude I have for transmission exchange. They diagnosed the problem and told me the end result. By the end of my experience I didn’t have to pay for anything and my car is running great. Take your car here instead of the other one where the commercial is for a car that doesn’t start. That’s engine problems , not transmission. These guys are legit.

Put the wrong transmission fluid in my truck AFTER making absolute sure that he knew my 24 ram 3500 had the AISIN transmission and it blew up 25,000 miles later

I would like to thank the wonderful guys of transmission exchange ,I went there to get a service on my 2013 sierra truck and all of the staff from Mr Paulie and Mr Terry and everyone else I was treated with the highest respect and helped me get my truck fixed and went out of there way to make sure everything was done to.my satisfaction. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me options for a repair with pricing for each option. Have used them in the past and will again for future repairs. They are well established in the community and have been in business for decades.
