Ordered a truck, got told to be there before 1 and got there at 11:58 and the doors were locked. No heads up no nothing. Never again.

Very sweet people. Also didn't charge me the full amount for the refuel. Certainly always make sure to check the gas during pickup. I really appreciate the team! Would recommend.

Friendly staff and easy transaction. Signage could be better since its hard to see where the rental office is since your eyes are turned toward the storage area with all the orange buildings. Other that that, great place and will definitely recommend.

Horrible service. I dropped off a U-Haul at this location that I got in Norman with half a tank because when I picked it up it had half a tank. U-Haul's terms of service says that you have to replace the gas you use, not gas that wasn't there when you rented the truck. Well, they charged over $100 to fill it up. I emailed them with pictures of the gauges when I picked it up and when I dropped it off and they never refunded me. They're a**holes ripping other people off to make a buck for themselves with no regard. Go with Penske.

I thought great customer service. I dropped an auto transport off as wrongful destination due to my circumstances and i was prepared to pay the fine. The woman said it was too much and that I didn't need to pay it. I thought I was okay until I went to rent another uhual for my business and now i'm basically banned from uhual and they wont release a truck to my workers because they know what they look like. I now have a client that can't move because they wont release trucks to me. Thanks alot.

Prompt and efficient service at this U-Haul location. I have not always had the same experience at other U-Haul dealers, but would recommend this one, which is located at the pit stop service station.
