Not being able to make payments toward a new phone and being forced into paying for 3 years unless the total is paid up front is asinine. I should be able to pay more towards a new phone and pay it off on my time, not AT&T's. Also, I had to order the phone I wanted. You should know the trends for new iPhones by now and stock accordingly. Review based more on company that employee service. I had no issues with employees, but the company needs to do better.

Been to this location quite a few times. Today there was one customer in the store that was walking out, so it wasn’t like they were slammed. Most times the people at this location are pushy to sell you something and don’t tell you little things that you get locked into. I wanted to buy an IPhone outright, but they wouldn’t let me, said I had to wait a month and then I could pay it off. In addition to that, the phone that I got 4 months ago, a brand new iPhone 15 pro max, has been acting up and won’t allow me to connect to CarPlay wirelessly. It’s been several weeks back and forth with Apple. Apple keeps blaming everything on the phone case, screen protector, and some apps on my phone, even though 5 other people can connect to my CarPlay. So I went into this store to look at a Samsung and the girl there didn’t really want to answer any of my questions. As soon as I told her I wasn’t ready to buy anything today she completely ignored me as soon as someone else walked in. That speaks volumes, like many other of other reviewers have been saying, they only care about the sale! Save yourself some time and go to a different location, or better yet, maybe consider another provider.

do not go here, my husband started a new plan, they put 2 random lines on the plan, along with my 2 lines i had on it. come to find out they made a whole other plan with my email and a random number on it. if you decide to go here make sure to double check everything because if i didn’t i would have been responsible for a lot of money, they are just trying to get money at this location, i have never had so much trouble with at&t until i went to this location (ive been with at&t for about 8 years). i got everything resolved from calling at&t and they flagged/reported this location because something is going on here. they also waved the fees due to the fraudulent activity, save yourself much trouble and go to a different location

Not only did the manager take advantage of our elderly parents, when I went back he lied to my face. He had cancelled my parent’s plan, in order to start new lines, changed their phone numbers that they have had for 20 years, added internet ( they have a different carrier for internet already) and set them up on a ridiculously outrageous plan. Once I returned to the store with my parents he told me it was a misunderstanding but he had everything fixed and told us the new plan would be 115$ a month, I just needed to drop the
Modem at ups (which was not correct).. As it turns out they are being billed 115$ per line! I do not know how he sleeps at night or how he became a manager of ANYTHING or ANYONE!

I’d leave a zero if I could. My elderly parents went in just to see if they would lower their plan and the store changed their numbers. This is obviously so they could get commission since they wouldn’t have on a plan change. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the manager should be fired. Enjoy the chargeback.

We went to the store in Choctaw because the store in Midwest City is filled with incompetent people who ONLY care about the sale. Turns out, this store is no different. Both stores are run by young adults who want a job in sales, but have no idea that sales is more than just selling phones and accessories. It also involves customer service and helping to RESOLVE issues. Case and point. We traded in my sons old phone for a new Galaxy S24 as per the "trade in any phone" promotion. So we ordered the phone, it came via FedEx within a few days and I took it to the Choctaw store for data transfer and setup help. Got all that done, but they wouldn't take the old phone on trade and said AT&T will send a return label. AT&T did not. So I take the box the new phone came in, put the old phone in the bubble wrap and go to the Choctaw location. When I explained what was going on they said they couldn't help me and that I had to call AT&T customer service (well, we all know how THAT goes) and left it at that. No more suggestions, no help, no nothing. The salesman got his sale for the month and that's all that matters. AT&T customers are not "footballs" and don't deserve to be punted around from one department to the next and doing all the legwork for AT&T that THEY caused in the first place. Go to ANY OTHER store but Choctaw or Midwest City or you will regret it, I promise!!
