I went to the store to make a simple payment and they could not make change and give me my change.They told me that the excess money would be credited to my account for the following month. The receipt that was given indicated that she gave me change. Callysta Insisted she did everything correctly and there was nothing more she could do. As the money never did show up as a credit on my account. I called AT&T customer service who did correct it on my account and had to escalate and put in a complaint towards the store..

Cierra has amazing customer service, which is very rare today. Her knowledge of the devices and how the process works is top-notch as well as being able to explain that to me as a customer. 10/10 would go back to Cierra

Elijah at the Choctaw store was great at handling my service transfer. He was knowledgeable and quick, and did not say a word about us still working after store hours. I highly recommend going to this location.

The Choctaw AT&T was amazing most helpful& friendly people. I had been to another store twice and they said they couldn’t help me so I was in Choctaw and they are the ones that helped with getting my phone service switched so I stopped and with in 30 minutes they got my internet service taken care.

Callysta was my sales associate, she was the best at&t agent i have ever had. She is a must promote to manager. Ciarre was also very professional and very pleasant to work with as well.

Great experience with the staff there. I worked with Elijah and Blake and they were super helpful and knowledgeable. Elijah even put a case and screen protector on my new iPad for me even though I purchased those from somewhere else. Highly recommend this store

Update: The person there actually talked to the supervisor FROM AT&T I was talking to ON MY phone after I drove back and he absolutely does not care or want to do anything..I was on the phone for 2 or more hours dealing with this on top of driving all the way back to the store. The supervisor also informed me that they are a THIRD PARTY store so if you have problems there you’ll get the same run around I did. AT&T doesn’t handle their issues and obviously the store doesn’t handle them either so buyer beware and you are on your own. The supervisor at AT&T tried to walk him through the process but he just didn’t seem to care or want to do anything to help. Even the supervisor got the feeling he was just listening to get him off the phone. I’ve done business in that store before and have had awesome service but I guess as time goes on the service diminishes.
The store refused Disabled Veteran tax exemption and say we would have to call AT&T for a refund of the tax. He said he couldn’t do it in store himself. We are on the phone right now for the second time trying to get that refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you are tax exempt do not go here.

Not being able to make payments toward a new phone and being forced into paying for 3 years unless the total is paid up front is asinine. I should be able to pay more towards a new phone and pay it off on my time, not AT&T's. Also, I had to order the phone I wanted. You should know the trends for new iPhones by now and stock accordingly. Review based more on company that employee service. I had no issues with employees, but the company needs to do better.

Been to this location quite a few times. Today there was one customer in the store that was walking out, so it wasn’t like they were slammed. Most times the people at this location are pushy to sell you something and don’t tell you little things that you get locked into. I wanted to buy an IPhone outright, but they wouldn’t let me, said I had to wait a month and then I could pay it off. In addition to that, the phone that I got 4 months ago, a brand new iPhone 15 pro max, has been acting up and won’t allow me to connect to CarPlay wirelessly. It’s been several weeks back and forth with Apple. Apple keeps blaming everything on the phone case, screen protector, and some apps on my phone, even though 5 other people can connect to my CarPlay. So I went into this store to look at a Samsung and the girl there didn’t really want to answer any of my questions. As soon as I told her I wasn’t ready to buy anything today she completely ignored me as soon as someone else walked in. That speaks volumes, like many other of other reviewers have been saying, they only care about the sale! Save yourself some time and go to a different location, or better yet, maybe consider another provider.
