I am filing everywhere and will tell EVERYONE I can to stay away from this store! The manager here told us we would pay 220.00 a month of course we added a phone so it should’ve been 253.00 a month right? NO ! I’ve not once paid 253.00 a month my recent bill reflects a payment for equipment I paid and have a receipt for last month of 70.06 and 53.00. I am paying 428.00 this month for equipment I ALREADY paid last month! They claim this was due to a “past due amount “ last month nope I paid that too in fact I paid 763.00 (I’m rounding down obviously) last month for the equipment charges 70.06 & 53.00, 250.00 (a deductible due to a lost phone) a 180.00 past due amount and my “regular bill” 219.00! So imagine my shock at a 428.00 bill that reflects a 70.06 & a 53.00 charge in addition to my “regular bill “ of 333.00 ! On top of this issue there’s the fact I’ve never received in 8 months the credit (350.00 over 3 years promised for MY old phone) as well as the fact that when I entered this “business “ it REEKED of marijuana ! So much so I actually asked if the worker was smoking it before I came in or something it was horrible! I’m only here because I was told this store issued the phone credit therefore they have to fix it on their end . I will be contacting corporate tomorrow as well as anywhere else I can to report this store this is unacceptable and just ridiculous! I sat there in shock when the manager just said (after I had been here for 1and 1/2 HOURS btw) he couldn’t do anything and I’d just have to call customer service tomorrow, he also said that my credit wouldn’t be available until he didn’t know when but he turned it in and hopes they will honor it!?!? What the hell was not the only words that fell out of my mouth as I just got up and left ! I cussed from frustration disgust and felt violated as I left as if they had just literally accosted me and took the money straight out of my pockets! Thus place needs to be accountable for this it’s awful to feel so robbed by a supposedly reputable company!! I will not stop until I’ve told ten million people about this store and how they have and continue to take complete advantage of me and my family simply because they are big and I am small in hopes I can save anyone from being robbed like me and taken advantage of!!

Horrible store! I had questions regarding billing and other phone issues. Elvan wasn’t helpful and told me he couldn’t do anything and I was out of luck. While I was talking to him some employee “kid” sat in a chair playing on his phone. I told him if he didn’t want yo help me or at least try I would take my service to another provider and he said “okay”. I went yo the AT&T store in MWC and they took care of all the problems I was having and were very helpful. If you need a ATT store save yourself the headache and go to MWC not this store. They have

Normally I have good service in that store but I just went in there trying to have an issue with my prepaid plan and she pretty much called me a liar ran me out of the store she brought me for money and I got they got me for 10 bucks so there you go T-Mobile did it now AT&T I was I would not go ever ever go back to AT&T

An organization is only as good as it's people, having said that the AT&T store in Choctaw is outstanding! Mrs. Bre Richards and Mr. Elijah Cox went over and above in explaining my questions. All to often customer service is sacrificed by big corporations, this is not the case with Choctaw's brick and mortar AT&T. Please continue the excellent hiring practices, I'll recommend AT&T to others based solely on the customer service from stellar people like Bre and Elijah.

I have always had excellent customer service at this store for the past 3 years. However, Christian was less than pleasant and acted like he did not want to be brothered setting up new phone. Ladies in the past have been more than helpful, friendly and accommodating when transferring my contacts to my new phone and has always been successful.Christian said it really is too difficult, maybe he was ready for a lunch break, but definitely didn't want to be bothered. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Very disappointed at Choctaw store

I’ve been trying to call this store for over two months and have even left several messages to no avail. No one has answered the phone in months or responded to the messages or text. I’m using the past phone number I’ve used for the past two years and the current response is “mailbox hasn’t been set up yet “. I also called customer support and checked the internet inquiring about another or a number that has been changed. In both situations I was given a number that is supposed to be current and updated. Choctaw is very small and there’s only one AT&T store, so no confusion there, right ? After dialing the revised number again no answer except “not accepting calls at this time “. Unbelievable. The AT&T agent received the same response.

These folks are true miracle workers! If you want cell service with actual SERVICE then go here! They were able to fix mess ups by Straight Talk and the ATT online! They were so kind even when I came in exhausted and frustrated. Briana and Calvin are miracle workers!!! ATT needs to give you raises for battle pay!

We were in a bind with a complex service switchover issue (naturally it is happening over a long weekend, ha) and were directed to come into a storefront for help. We were so relieved to not just find a store right here in Choctaw (so convenient) but also to be greeted by an employee (Breana) and a store manager (Kelvin) who were both ready to help. They listened to our long saga without getting stressed and quickly focused in on solutions. What a relief. We would have been in a true job related emergency without theit help. How nice to know we have help just a few minutes away!

Great customer service. The employees were super helpful beyond what we even asked and were immensely informative. Thoroughly enjoyed how pleasant the employees were and made sure I understood everything we talked about. Both employees were very friendly and knowledgeable on everything I asked about and were very helpful.
