HORRIBLE pharmacy service! No communication and I can’t even call the pharmacy…. They make you leave a message and you’re lucky if you get a call back. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again!

I tried over & over, & over again to speak with a pharmacist about my prescription. It is impossible to get around the AI female robot. No wonder frustration is so high & reviews so pittiful.

We depend on our local CVS for many prescriptions and other medical resources such as vaccinations and OTC products.
Our store is exceptionally well managed by Larry and his team in all areas. We couldn't be happier with our CVS and life would be far more complicated and frustrating without our store.

Absolutely no notification of when my prescription was ready from CVS. I had to call, and even then it wasn’t ready when my hubby went to pick it up. The person who waited on him was rude to him. It makes us appreciate even more our regular pharmacy.

I'm giving a two star based solely on the two pharmacy techs that I encountered on April 20th 2024 at 10 am they were rude didn't greet me in any type of professional manner and was quick to dismiss me. Way to go you guys suck I hope you have the day you deserve

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The employees show no care, friendliness, or will to do there job. They take forever and don't seem to know what they're doing. I will not be going back. One person beside me in line walked out because no one acknowledged him. He was standing by countertop for 20 minutes.

Just had rotator cuff surgery. Went to pick up pain medicine, was told they have been out for at least three or weeks, and for me to call my doctor to find another pharmacy Are you serious!?! We don't have it so tough luck go somewhere else. What an absolute horror show, this CVS worst customer service EVER! YOU JUST LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER OF OVER 10 years. Walmart will now get mine and my families prescriptions

I love love love these ladies they are amazing most of the time i only like using little local pharmacy but the Cvs n choctaw they always make u feel at home they definitely care about there patients they always go above and beyond thank u Cvs choctaw I love u guys!!!!

Definitely wouldn't use this pharmacy the little girl in the glasses is rude thought it would be appropriate to talk to my sister in a threatening tone and cuss at her. The only decent person I've ever spoke to here was Brooke she is very nice and helpful.
