We were causally driving down 23rd when all of a sudden a massive rock flew into the road and hit our car busting a hole in the bumper. This was caused by a man hired by this gas station who was mowing the grass right by the road. We pulled over and talked to him and he admitted fault and apologized, the owner of the gas station however told us we were liars and refused to rectify the situation/was very rude. (most likely doesn’t have business insurance or contractor insurance) and now we are left with a cracked bumper and a police report to file through insurance.
