Was running low on chlorine with all the rain and yesterday I got a txt from Park Central to see if I needed anything. He was making an order. Told him what I needed and just got back from picking it up. Nice to have a business owner checking on his customers to see if they need anything. I usually buy in bulk so he gives a decent price. I just meet him at the house and get what I ordered. He closed the brick and mortar store which enables him to give better prices since he doesn't have all the over head in having a building to pay for. I recommend Matt for your pool needs. He also does house calls or should I say pool calls. Definitely knows his business.

I find it interesting that a store that sells pool chemicals is not more knowledgeable about pool water. I received a condescending remark when I asked if they had anything to combat Ammonia in my pool water. The response I got was the only way I could get ammonia in my pool water was if I added it myself. Maybe they should Google "Ammonia in pool water"?I'm disappointed in them.

I'm a new customer who knows nothing about maintaining an above ground pool. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable. All were helpful and courteous. The Saturday hours are sometimes a problem, but otherwise, I'm very pleased.

‼‼‼‼First time I went in here they had very limited supplies , and I thought maybe they were just in between shipments. The young man behind the counter was nice! But on my second visit it was an older man and his attitude..... was" really "not good! Not only was the shelves even more empty he was kind of rude! When I asked about salt he said well it is the end of the season, and we won't any any more for this season ; as if people don't need salt for their pools during the winter! I definitely will not come back ; nor will I recommend anyone to come to this (Park central pool supply ) store‼‼‼‼‼

First time customer, came in with a water sample of my lake colored pool water. Was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to fix it, but was very surprised it only took half what I normally spend at Leslie's and only 12 hours to have crystal clear water again. Very impressed with their knowledge, idiot proof instructions and chemical selection. Will be returning for the tablets soon.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about products and parts. Fixed my pool overnight with his printed list for flocking my very green pool. Turned green because I was using soft, cheap chlorine from Leslie's. First rain turned it green overnight.

The owner is the most unfriendly person I have met; he expects you to know more about pools than the person that owns the pool store! He actually grabbed his hair and leaned back in his chair in frustration when I asked him a question. I would rather drive an extra 5 miles that ever give this place business again.
