Purchased a brand new grill online for pickup in store. At no point did anyone from the store contact me to let me know that the “new grill” was actually a floor model that had been left outside and unprotected- rusted insides, hail damaged. It feels like the ball was dropped in a major way for communication because if you purchase something new and it isn’t available the store should call the customer to let them know instead of trying to load a battered and rusted item into someone’s car.

In 2023 I stopped shopping at TSC because of they gave in to the political pressure to institute DEI policies and culture. I am soooo glad that in 2024, TSC has realized that politics and WOKE ideals have no place in business! Thank You TSC for understanding your real customer base. Steve S.

Needs to keep up with inventory better drove 35 mintues away for an item that is no longer in stock even though it says they had them online. Just to get to the store and the manager say oh I’m sorry we need to get better on our inventory…Um well yea a little frustrating

Rylan at Tractor Supply Choctaw went 1000% above and beyond to help me find a fitting that was needed in middle of well tank replacement. Since temperatures were very cold and expected to freeze overnight time was beyond important . The Choctaw store was out as were all the other Tractor Supply’s, but he found the part for me at a competitor close by. Thank you for your superior customer service!!!!
