Now on my third package of drugs sent from the VA that were “misdelivered” and put ten bucks on it that I am going to be told the people at the address they delivered to doesn’t have them so file a police report. Don’t believe them when they say that. Found out police can’t do anything but take a report mail theft is done through postal department. You have to go to the postal investigation area of the postal service. Not the local police, they have no jurisdiction to investigate! Really hope they fire the person who fills in for the regular person they ALWAYS deliver the mail to the wrong address! Worst part is I needed the drugs for a trip I am going on and now may not be able to get them in time because they can’t read addresses right!

Was waiting on a package to be delivered.got a notification saying it was attempted to be delivered. How is that possible when she never got out of the vehicle?

Middle aged woman with black hair was EXTREMELY rude. She mentioned someone named Emily in the back, I dont know if that helps with identifying. I don't understand why she had an attitude, I know I am young and look alternative so maybe she's prejudiced. I have never mailed without my parents there to help, and she was asking me things I didn't understand. So I was nervous and asked what she was talking about, and she snapped the answer at me. Last time I came a very nice blonde lady was there, fire this lady and keep the nice blonde one.

Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant front staff (black haired 50 year old lady). If you aren't happy at the post office get another job. I work in retail and deal with extremely entitled and rude customers daily, and still put a smile on my face and be kind. CHOOSE KINDNESS!

Spoke with the supervisor “Shane” an Army Vet about my postal issues today 04AUG23. His staff Janell could use some etiquette training. Lady didn’t even bother to try and assist with my issue nor would she tell me who assisted me yesterday to resolve my issue. The post office isn’t even that big and everyone knows everybody. Make it make sense. Her customer service is trash. May as well go to the next nearest post office in Midwest City on East Reno…. But then again, that one isn’t any better either.

Even though alot of workers are piddling around in the back they only keep one working the counter. I have been there with a line to the door, still only one worker. Pitiful service. They dont care.
