This will probably get my mail lost for eternity now but here it goes. Whoever the postmaster is she is extremely rude. And the attitude when I complain about how my neighbors are always bringing me my mail that was put in their box over and over. Then the guy delivering mail pulled all the way over my grass my yard to front door to drop off a box that wouldn't fit in mail box I was livid

Wouldn't give me a post office box without a mailing address. So I got one in Pryor. Went in to mail something during the ice storm in February. When I came out, the walkway hadn't been salted or sanded and I slipped. Broke my tailbone, and bashed my head really good. Got nine staples in my scalp. Anyway, I filed a report, and never heard from the Post Master. Never called and asked if I were okay or anything.

It's the US Post office I haven't been there in a year. I have a mailbox at the house here outside of Locust Grove. Awesome mail carrier no complaints.

Horrible service! I had a fairly simple letter to mail that needed postage on an inside envelope coming back to me and I was told that there were no priority stamps at this post office and I would have to go to Locust Grove to get one. What post office doesn't have stamps?!

I had to file a complaint via Federal Post office, the curly dark haired woman who works here was lazy, ignorant and rude. There is no acceptable reason for her behavior. Government has excellent benefits and most psych conditions are well controlled with medications. If she needs stabilized, there's a behavioral unit in Great Falls! Unacceptable! Acted like any question was beneath her. My advice to others who have to go through same thing. File a complaint. Nothing will change unless you do. Customer service is everything!!

Was told not to have packages sent to me through the post office. Then one day a few weeks back a new mail person showed up saying that the regular one "doesnt want to" deliver my mail.

I feel bad leaving one star, but I'm really frustrated: I'm done with this post office and I will get a PO box in the town I work in and pay the $50 a year. I understand it's not the clerk in the post offices fault, but last year around this time my grandma sent my daughter handmade gifts. The delivery driver decided it would be okay to just leave the gifts on top of the row of mailboxes since it wouldn't fit in the mailbox... Because of this, the package was stolen and I never got it. This year my grandma had a gift sent again. Because of last year, all packages sent to our house go directly to the office to hold for us so they don't won't up stolen... Once again, they can't find the package. Said it was probably sent back because I didn't get it in time. My grandma sent it in my daughters name and the clerk in the office made me feel stupid saying "You had it sent in your DAUGHTERS NAME?!?" They close at 4:15 M-F. Anyone who gets a package on Monday and works a regular hour job, can't get there til Saturday. But they won't hold it for you that long apparently.

Today I was setting outside watching my kids play, and was waiting on a package from the VA that had to be signed for. I watched my delivery lady pull up and put a notice in my mailbox that there was no authorized recipient. How is that? She never got out of her vehicle! She just decided she was to lazy to get out of her vehicle. That's ok I will do without my meds all weekend because you don't want to do your job.

A small package has now been shipped twice. Twice this post office has stated they have delivered it, twice it is not there. The package was not stolen, as we have someone who lives on site and no package is left unattended. The post office is offering no help in the matter, and just taking the word of the delivery driver and leaving it at that. This is so frustrating and makes me want to purchase a PO box in ANY other town.
