Came in today to work on getting my phone renewed and the lady with pink hair was being really rude and demanded ten dollars even though I get free phone service because I'm on food stamps and was being unhelpful and banned me because she didn't want to help me.

I went to Access Wireless in Claremore with a phone problem. Dani diagnosed the problem and fixed it and went further to explain many additional features of the phone that I did not understand. She spent at least 30 extra minutes with me that she didn’t have to do. Thank you so much Dani.

Good service, nice people, they took care of as fast as ,the other end of the service allowed them. The store can only go as fast as approval s come in . But I left my info there ,I went to get some shopping done come back ,they had my phone set up and ready to go when I came back. I have no complaints

Not sure what her name is but woman who works at the Claremore location is the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She was rude, had inappropriate music playing loudly in the store and treated the women is the store horrible. A quick trip to the Easy Wireless in Pryor got us exactly what we needed. Avoid the Claremore location at all costs!
