Jayce is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Att themselves are stupid and literally screwed everything up and I have gone without service for over 24 hours. Jayce is a trooper though and I'm very glad he was the one to help me at the time.

We had an internet install problem at my Dad's house. Came to the store and talked to the Manager, Tommy. The system showed the fiber link active even thought the power was off to the house. Most people would have dismissed us as uninformed, but Tommy understood that something was not right and took the time to personally come to the home to investigate. His due diligence and attention to detail got the trouble ticket escalated, and an engineer dispatched. This is the above-and-beyond kind of service you want in a vendor. 11/10 Would recommend again and again.

I went into the claremore location today to transfer all the stuff in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 pro max. A super knowledgeable and very kind young man named Zach did it for me. He made the process very easy and had lots of helpful advice. I’d highly recommend him and this location. Thank you so much Zach for all that you did and with such a helpful fantastic attitude.
